415 Franklin is a collaborative effort and holistic partnership of church, home, and school in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The 65,000 square foot building will host Madison Church: Ford Campus; 41 beautiful, new, affordable apartments; an early childhood learning center serving economically vulnerable children and families; community gather spaces; and Inner City Christian Federation (ICCF)’s offices.

Kennari Consulting was brought on when the leadership realized it would need help to meet the $4,900,000 fundraising goal. Through a strategic donor lens, the Kennari team worked together with staff and volunteers to identify a path to completion. The campaign has continued to move forward despite the challenges of 2020.
In Spring of 2021, ICCF staff moved into their new offices in the renovated building, with other spaces nearing completion and almost 70% of the needed funds raised. The Kennari team continues to partner in this work to get the campaign to the finish line.
