How Kennari values guide my work: One of my favorite things about working for Kennari Consulting is that we are indeed teachers and coaches. We want to promote learning so our clients are equipped to eventually run a successful annual giving model without us. Teaching nonprofits how to do the work versus us doing it for them is so much more meaningful for the organization!

Kirstin joined Kennari Consulting in 2011. In her role as Senior Strategist, Kirstin works with annual giving clients to help them acquire and cultivate donors through thoughtful engagement opportunities, events, and communications. Kirstin works to ensure clients have the necessary infrastructure and strategies in place to ensure long-term annual giving success. She is most proud of her work with clients to implement point-of-entry events (often table-hosted events) that bring donors, dollars, and champions to an organization. Kirstin is immensely proud of Kennari Consulting’s clients and awed by the work they do.

Kirstin has over two decades of experience in the nonprofit sector. While she is passionate about nonprofits in general, she is especially drawn to organizations that focus on meeting their clients right where they are without judgement and those working to be fully inclusive. She is a proud mom of two and is raising her daughters with those same values of love and acceptance. In her free time, Kirstin thoroughly enjoys lake life, hosting family and friends at her lake house throughout the warmer months.
