To me, changing the face of philanthropy means prioritizing honesty and transparency to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Kelly joined Kennari Consulting in 2022. As a Strategist, Kelly brings expertise in grant writing and proposal development, research analysis and evaluation, sustainability planning, and budget development. They help clients navigate complex funding landscapes, craft compelling narratives, and design strategies that are evidence-based, sustainable, and community-driven. Kelly is passionate about building strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring client goals are communicated clearly to inspire lasting support and impact.

Kelly holds a Bachelor’s degree from Central Michigan University and a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Michigan. Prior to joining Kennari Consulting, Kelly held clinical social work roles, which inform their work with nonprofit partners across health, social services, and community initiatives. Outside of work, they enjoy reading, writing, and camping. Wherever Kelly is, you’ll likely find their 15-pound cat, Kahlo, nearby (often saying hi during virtual meetings).
