How Kennari values guide my work: I love the results clients see when I help them maximize their donor software system’s capabilities or help them find one that meets their needs. Data is the foundation that helps nonprofit organizations succeed – it’s how they communicate their mission and impact to bring the community closer to their work. I love working with our clients to dig data results out of their database. No two organizations are the same, so I do take pride in helping an organization pick the right tool when that time comes.

Jaime joined Kennari Consulting in 2012. In her role as a Strategist, Jaime specializes in helping clients achieve data systems and processes that support their day to day operations. While software may not be the most glamorous part of fund development, Jaime firmly believes that proper data management plays an integral role in successful fundraising. Through training, best practices, software identification, and donor software conversions, Jaime works to help clients maximize the capabilities of their donor management systems. Jaime also helps clients streamline their websites and mass communications systems.

Jaime graduated from Davenport University in 2008 with a degree in business. She has been working in the nonprofit sector since 2004 and has extensive experience working with Raiser’s Edge and many other donor databases. Jaime loves meeting new clients committed to philanthropy and is inspired every day by their dedication and compassion for their chosen causes. Outside of work, Jaime enjoys visiting the many dog-friendly parks and trails in West Michigan with her family, including their goldendoodle, Walter.
