Meet Daiah Williams!
Daiah is pursuing a Masters in Public Administration from Wayne State University. Alongside this she is seeking a graduate certificate in Nonprofit Management. She received her Bachelor of Arts from Michigan State University in Political Science with minors in Sociology and Law, Justice, and Public Policy.

What made you interested in working with Kennari?
I was interested in working with Kennari because of the work the company does. They are a pillar in the nonprofit sector, specifically in West Michigan, and I am confident that the opportunity to join the team will not only open a plethora of doors but also allow me to further develop skills pertaining to nonprofit management.
How do you unwind after a day of work?
After a day of work I like to unwind by getting into comfy pajamas and turning into a couch potato. This is typically supplemented by an intriguing tv show/movie or a novel I am hooked on for the time being.
What are you most excited about joining the Kennari team?
In joining the Kennari team I am most excited about the learning and networking opportunities it will bring. I’m excited to get more experiential knowledge in the field of fundraising and to build meaningful connections while doing it!
Where is your favorite place to go?
My favorite place to go is the bookstore or any good nature spot whether it be a trail, park, or beach.
What is something you’re passionate about?
I am passionate about socioeconomic equity. I believe it is a crucial aspect of creating a fair and just society. It can ensure everyone has equal access to opportunities, resources, and support regardless of their socioeconomic status.
