How Kennari values guide my work: I value how each Kennari team member has an indispensable skill set that is highlighted by efficient internal processes. In my own role, I strive toward solution-focused approaches while integrating organization, consistency, and support into the team structure.

Becca joined Kennari Consulting in 2017 after several years working in development at a regional nonprofit. As part of Kennari’s administrative team, Becca provides essential support to our staff as they work with clients to meet their mission. She is a team player who ensures that Kennari functions smoothly, from office management to customer service. She believes this work should be fun as we engage and improve our communities on a daily basis.

Becca was born and raised in the Grand Rapids area, graduating in 2014 from Aquinas College with degrees in community leadership and writing. When she’s not in the office, Becca enjoys Grand Rapids’ vibrant community, seeing live music of all sorts, exploring nature with her rescue pup, Winnie, and grabbing a beer with her husband, Sam.
